鹹蛋炒飯 Salted duck egg fried rice

 

Salted duck egg fried rice is a simple yet irresistibly flavorful dish. Each grain of rice is coated in the rich, golden yolk, releasing a savory aroma with a hint of creamy sweetness. 【食材】
  • 鹹鴨蛋黃 2 顆
  • 鹹鴨蛋白 2 顆
  • 雞蛋 4 顆
  • 蒜頭 5 顆
  • 青蔥 1/4  杯 
  • 白飯 2 杯
  • 醬油 1 匙
  • 橄欖油 少許
Ingredients
  • 2 Salted Duck Eggs Yolk
  • 2 Salted Duck Eggs White
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • Olive oil

     
【步驟】
  1. 將鹹鴨蛋切成四等份

  2. 鍋中倒入少許油加熱

  3. 將雞蛋打入碗中,攪拌至滑順均勻

  4. 倒入鍋中炒成炒蛋,炒熟後先盛出備用

  5. 另起一鍋,加入少許油加熱

  6. 將蒜頭切碎

  7. 放入蒜末與切好的鹹鴨蛋,一起炒香

  8. 蒜香與鹹蛋充分混合後,加入白飯拌炒,使鹹蛋與蒜香均勻裹在米飯上

  9. 將蔥花切細

  10. 加入醬油、炒蛋與蔥花,快速翻炒均勻,讓所有食材充分融合、香氣四溢


【Instructions】
  1. Slice the salted duck eggs into quarters
  2. Heat oil in pan
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth and combined
  4. Pour in the eggs, and scramble them
  5. Remove the eggs and set aside in a separate plate
  6. Heat oil in a new pan
  7. Finely chop garlic
  8. Place garlic and quarted salted duck eggs in pan and sauté
  9. Once the garlic and salted duck eggs have been thoroughly mixed, put in the rice
  10. Mix until the garlic and salted duck eggs are distributed evenly throughout the rice
  11. Finely chop the green onion
  12. Add in the soy sauce, scrambled egg, and green onion into the rice and mix they are distributed evenly throughout the rice
