鹹蛋炒飯 Salted duck egg fried rice

- 鹹鴨蛋黃 2 顆
- 鹹鴨蛋白 2 顆
- 雞蛋 4 顆
- 蒜頭 5 顆
- 青蔥 1/4 杯
- 白飯 2 杯
- 醬油 1 匙
- 橄欖油 少許
【Ingredients】
- 2 Salted Duck Eggs Yolk
- 2 Salted Duck Eggs White
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- Olive oil

鍋中倒入少許油加熱

將雞蛋打入碗中,攪拌至滑順均勻

倒入鍋中炒成炒蛋,炒熟後先盛出備用

另起一鍋,加入少許油加熱

將蒜頭切碎

放入蒜末與切好的鹹鴨蛋,一起炒香

蒜香與鹹蛋充分混合後,加入白飯拌炒,使鹹蛋與蒜香均勻裹在米飯上

將蔥花切細

加入醬油、炒蛋與蔥花,快速翻炒均勻,讓所有食材充分融合、香氣四溢
【Instructions】
- Slice the salted duck eggs into quarters
- Heat oil in pan
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth and combined
- Pour in the eggs, and scramble them
- Remove the eggs and set aside in a separate plate
- Heat oil in a new pan
- Finely chop garlic
- Place garlic and quarted salted duck eggs in pan and sauté
- Once the garlic and salted duck eggs have been thoroughly mixed, put in the rice
- Mix until the garlic and salted duck eggs are distributed evenly throughout the rice
- Finely chop the green onion
- Add in the soy sauce, scrambled egg, and green onion into the rice and mix they are distributed evenly throughout the rice
